Instructional Design

I’ve been a teacher for over 16 years. That’s long enough to know that MOST ONLINE LEARNING SUCKS.

Students aren’t engaged. Teachers go through the motions. The whole thing starts to feel like box-checking instead of skill-building. I design learning experiences for people who actually want to improve, learn, and teach — in a classroom, on a screen, or somewhere in between. No templates. No one-size-fits-all modules. Just clear structure and real human connection, even in digital spaces. If you’re a school, coach, team, or solo creative trying to build something meaningful, I can help.

Let’s design LEARNING that WORKS, not WORK masquerading as LEARNING.
